Payment & Account Policies:

1. Deposit Requirement: For new clients, a deposit may be required before commencing any work. 

2. Advance Payment: In all cases, fees related to website hosting, domain registration, development, and any costs incurred by Samtech Innovations Private Limited on behalf of the client must be paid in advance. Please note that these payments are non-refundable.

3. Payment Due Date: Samtech Innovations Private Limited’s policy mandates that all outstanding payments for work carried out by us or our affiliates must be settled in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless a prior arrangement has been made with Samtech Innovations Private Limited.

4. Access to Services: In the event of unpaid accounts or a lack of communication regarding payment delays, we reserve the right to deny access to the related website, domain, hosting, or service.

5. Digital Marketing, Hosting, and Domain Fees: Fees associated with digital marketing, web hosting, or domain names must be paid before the expiration date of the respective service. Failure to pay these fees by the expiration date will result in the immediate cancellation of the service, and any data associated with the service, website, or application will be removed accordingly.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

1. Refunds: Please note that any charges incurred are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service or product, you may do so within seven days from the date of the invoice. In such cases, only half of the amount paid will be eligible for a refund.
